quality. Our guarantee covers quality in workmanship, So if you have
received a product from us and it does not work properly or is defective return
the defective unit and we either repair or
replace the item purchased for a full year. If you return a product just
because you change your mind within the first 30 days we will refund 70% of the
purchase not including shipping. If the unit has been used we will refund
50% of the purchase price not including shipping. We will not refund if you do not have a
Return Merchandise Account number (RMA).
The array is not a part of the guarantee. The array is the part that goes in the tube of water and
creates the Ions.
This part will wear out and need to be replaced.
The array generates the ions and the ions are assimilated into the body. The
unit comes with one Array and it will last about 30-50 uses. Please be aware
that there are many factors as to how long the array will last including but not
limited to water, Energy level of the machine, and the time of session.

Shipping Methods
All standard shipment orders placed online will
be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:
Some orders in the US will be by the USPS if
we feel it would be advantages to ship this method. Most all shipments
over 5lbs will be by UPS
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for standard
shipment orders.
For added convenience, we also offer Next
Day Delivery unless the item is over 30 lbs (heavy weight items will be
marked).
Certain days during the year during holidays UPS
does not picked, so please allow extra time for deliver.
All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped
the next business day. We reserve the right to not ship any order and refund the
total amount of the ordered product.
State Sales Tax Guide
By law we are required to collect applicable
sales taxes on most non-food items in AR, Arkansas. This calculation will be
completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for
