Our Guarantee
WE stand behind our Foot Detox units with a 100% guarantee on the products manufactured
quality. Our guarantee covers quality in workmanship, So if you have received a product
from us and it does not work properly or is defective return the defective unit
and we will
either repair or replace the item purchased for the full term of the warranty. If our
product does not work as described and we cannot fulfill meet our description, we will
refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping. If you return it within 30 days
of purchase because you changed your mind 70% of the purchase not including shipping.
If the unit has been used and you decide to return the product within the first 30 days
we will refund 70% of the purchase price not including shipping, tub, or array. We will
not refund if you do not have a Return Merchandise Account number (RMA).
The array is not a part of the guarantee. The array is the part that goes in the tube of
water and creates the Ions. This part will wear out and need to be replaced. The array
generates the ions and the ions are assimilated into the body. The unit comes with
two Arrays
and each array will last about up to 70 uses. Please be aware that there are many factors as to how
long the array will last including but not limited to water, Energy level of the machine,
and the time of session.
